01. Building

INSPIRED BY THEN, DESIGNED FOR NOW

The concept for 950 Tennessee honors the industrial heritage of Dogpatch and its historic warehouses while introducing a modern aesthetic and contemporary architecture. The design merges past and present, with a look that's full of texture and character yet entirely new and forward-thinking.

Design Inspiration

Dogpatch is one of the city’s oldest and most important neighborhoods. And 950 Tennessee brings together two architectural styles that stem from the original character of the existing warehouse01 buildings and the famous Pelton Cottages that defined the district’s fabric02. We built on these themes creating an architectural aesthetic and language that honors the heritage of the past while introducing modern lines03 and materials that are informed by the past.
